Randolph Headed to Pennsylvania

The next team Stephen Randolph pitches for will be from Pennsylvania. The Astros traded the 34 year-old left-hander to the Phillies for a player to be named later. Randolph has dominated the Pacific Coast League for a year and a month, posting sub 2.00 ERAs both last season and so far this season. He was named Round Rock's pitcher of the month for April. However, his brief stints in Houston last year were a different story featuring a lack of control and an E.RA over 10. I haven't seen any mention of his assignment, but it will most likely be Reading(AA) or Lehigh Valley(AAA), both in the Keystone State.
