Hooks Break 12-Game Skid
After surrendering a two-run lead in the bottom of the ninth inning, Brandon Barnes and T.J. Steele drove in runs in the top of the 10th inning to give Corpus Christi a 5-3 victory over Springfield Sunday night. The win snapped the Hooks 12-game losing streak, the longest in the Texas League this season.
