Zachary Levine at Chron.com has posted an article about the club's need to focus on scouting as they implement their three to five year plan for regaining success. Reading Levine's post, I am forced to wonder if Bill Geivett and/or Andrew Friedman have kept their HOLE EXPERT license current.
