Here is the Farmstros Five for the week of May 3-9, 2012:
The Top Performer:
Nick Tropeano, 21, RHP, Lexington. Tropeano allowed only two hits and struck out eight in seven scoreless innings. He lowered his season ERA to 1.87 in 33 2/3 innings.
The Next Three:
Adam Bailey, 24, OF, Lancaster. Bailey went 9 for 18 with one double, four home runs and seven RBI. One of Bailey's four home runs was an inside-the-park round-tripper which was the Farmstros Call of the Week.
Luis Cruz, 21, LHP, Lexington. In two starts, Cruz pitched 12 innings, allowing 11 hits and two earned runs while striking out 10.
Dallas Keuchel, 23, LHP, Oklahoma City. Keuchel made two starts this week for the RedHawks. He pitched 15 1/3 innings, including a complete game. Keuchel allowed 13 hits and four earned runs, while striking out seven. Keuchel's ERA for the season is 1.85.

Matt Duffy, 23, IF, Lexington. Duffy was 10 for 22 with five doubles and two RBI.
Wes Musick, 25, LHP, Corpus Christi. Musick pitched seven innings in his debut with the Hooks. He allowed six hits and one run, while striking out seven.
Tyson Perez, 22, RHP, Lancaster. Perez made his first start after being promoted from Extended Spring Training. He allowed one run and two hits in six innings pitched for the JetHawks.
