With the end of the minor league regular season less than a month away, here are 10 players in the organization who will be vulnerable to the Rule 5 draft in December for the first time this year. Any of these players that aren't placed on the 40-man roster by the November deadline could be lost in the draft.
Erik Castro, IF, Lancaster
Jose Cisnero, RHP, Oklahoma City
Jarred Cosart, RHP, Oklahoma City
Robbie Grossman, OF, Corpus Christi
Marc Krauss, OF, Oklahoma City
Chia-jen Lo, RHP, Lancaster
Brett Oberholtzer, LHP, Oklahoma City
Ross Seaton, RHP, Corpus Christi
Jason Stoffel, RHP, Corpus Christi
Jonathan Villar, SS, Corpus Christi
NOTE: Lexington reliever Dayan Diaz, who has been Rule 5 previously, will be eligible for minor league free agency for the first time after this season.
NOTE #2: Not sure why, but I had Cosart and Krauss listed as Rule 5 eligible after 2013. Thanks to @subber10 for pointing out that they should be eligible after this season.

Grossman/Seaton/Villar/Stoffel/Oberholtzer/Cisnero are locks to be added to 40-man.
Lo probably presents the most interesting case. If I'm another team, I take a shot on him. Not sure Astros will protect him or not.
