John Ely, who the Astros acquired in a trade with the Dodgers Wednesday, hadn't faced the Astros since 2010, the first season in which he spent time with the Dodgers. He made two big league starts against Houston that season. However, in three seasons with Albuquerque, the right-hander made eight of his 65 starts against the Astros' AAA affiliates.(2010-Round Rock, 2011 & 2012- Oklahoma City).
